Included domains: with the ending .de they count towards the full allowance; with the endings .com, .eu, .net, .org, .name, .at, .ch, .biz, .info up to the number shown for the plan. They stay free for as long as the plan runs – renewals included. Any other ending and additional domains cost the regular annual price.

An email address under your own domain (name@ihre-firma.de) looks professional and strengthens your brand – unlike free freemail addresses. At the same time, you keep control over your data.
With us, mailboxes are stored on servers in Germany, access is encrypted via SSL, and multi-stage spam and virus filters keep the inbox clean.
A separate mail package or with web hosting?
You can book mailboxes as a standalone mail package – entirely without a website. Anyone already hosting a website with us has email included in every web hosting package. We will tell you honestly which way makes more sense for you.
Maximum data protection?
Email in Germany without advertising analysis is a clear advantage over freemail. If you also want files, calendars and Office with data sovereignty in Germany, this combines well with Nextcloud; for Microsoft environments we advise honestly on Microsoft 365 and its limits.

Yes, via IMAP/SMTP with all common programs. You set up the access credentials in the customer center.
Are existing emails transferred?
During the migration we sync existing mailboxes via IMAP – all folders and emails come along.
How many mailboxes are included?
Mail Start 3, Mail Business 10, Mail Pro 25 mailboxes under your domain. Even more mailboxes are included in every web hosting package (WebBasic 100, WebBusiness 500, WebPremium 1,000). Catch-all and forwarding are possible.
Are the mailboxes GDPR compliant?
Yes, servers in Germany and encrypted transmission. You conclude the data processing agreement directly in the customer center.
