Owner & managing director: Alexander Baumgärtner. Since April 2003 we have personally made sure that IT works for our customers. Without a ticket maze, without hotline loops, without foreign time zones – simply reachable with one call.

So that everything stays reachable even on larger projects and during holidays or illness, a reliable network of partners and freelancers stands behind us. History
2003 → 2026. Over 20 years of IT service.
ProMedia24 has been an IT service provider in the greater Osnabrück area since April 2003 – from the start with a focus on on-site service for private customers and small businesses. What began as a one-man service in Osnabrück became, over the years, a well-coordinated small operation.
In the 2000s and early 2010s, the work was picked up several times in print magazines – from c’t through PC Praxis to PAGE, supplemented by a TV feature on stern TV. These mentions are nice, but not what we work on every day. What counts: that servers have run quietly for years, that Wi-Fi problems are solved at the first appointment and that the printer does not give up every three weeks.
The tone here is intentional: honest, calm, without buzzword froth. If you are looking for short channels and someone who comes by – you are in the right place.

Our mascot
This is Wally.
Wally is our little server robot – and a bit of a symbol of how we work: attentive, calm and always with his notebook to hand. He turns up wherever it is about explaining and helping – in our guides and in support.
No mascot for the mascot’s sake: Wally stands for the aim of making technology understandable and not leaving people alone with jargon.
