But as a US corporation, Microsoft is subject to the US CLOUD Act, and the EU data boundary is not watertight – a residual risk remains. For anyone who needs maximum data control in Germany, Nextcloud or our email hosting is the more honest choice. We tell you openly what fits your requirements – instead of selling M365 at any cost.
First we take stock: mailboxes, data volumes, domains. Then we set up the target environment, migrate in a test phase and switch over in a controlled way – with a transition period so that nothing is lost. On request we then support operations on an ongoing basis through our IT Service.
