There is currently no specific position firmly advertised – we grow deliberately slowly. Even so, getting in touch is worthwhile: if the person fits, we create the role.
IT systems integration, system administration, IT management assistants – an internship or an apprenticeship with hands-on involvement.
Are you studying something IT-related and want to gain real practical experience? Flexible work by arrangement.
Are you an expert in one area (e.g. networking, Microsoft 365, web development)? Project-based collaboration is possible.
You fit, but nothing above matches exactly? Convince us – we read every serious application.
More important than certificates: attitude.
Technical skill is good – but we care at least as much about dependability, thinking along and a friendly, honest way of dealing with people. Anyone who would rather solve problems than manage them, and who is not embarrassed to drive out to a customer themselves now and then, is in the right place with us.
Good German language skills are important in direct customer contact. Everything else – specific technologies, processes, tools – you learn with us in everyday work.
